UPDATE (10:30 a.m.): Electricity and HVAC have been fully restored at Chandler Elementary. Students and staff WILL NOT relocate to the Victoria Fine Arts Center, students and staff will remain at Chandler Elementary.

(10 a.m.) Due to Chandler Elem. experiencing a blown transformer, having partial electrical service, and the air conditioning not working appropriately on the campus, students will be relocated to another District facility for the remainder of the school day beginning at 10:30 a.m.
