Two Victoria West High School freshmen had their artwork selected to be featured in the 2023 Texas Art Education’s Youth Art Month Exhibition at the Bullock Texas State History Museum in Austin.
Alee’a Waeckerlin’s piece Soul City was chosen for Exhibit. Waeckerlin’s art teacher is Madison Yearwood.
Marina Vrana’s piece Through Whimsical Eyes was chosen for Exhibit. Vrana’s art teacher is Tiffany Valdez.
The exhibit showcases works of art from students in Pre-K through 12th grade across Texas. The student pieces will be on display at the Bullock Texas State History Museum during the month of March.
