update parent/guardian contact information phone and email

Victoria Independent School District is preparing for online student priority registration for the 2026–27 school year, which will take place from April 1–April 30. The district is reminding current parents and guardians to ensure their contact information is accurate and up to date with their child’s campus by March 4, 2026.

In preparation for registration, all school offices must have a current and accurate email address and primary phone number for every student. This information allows the district and campuses to send important letters, registration materials, and announcements promptly.

Parents and guardians with more than one child enrolled in Victoria ISD must update their information with each campus their children attend. Each student will receive a unique Snapcode. Families with multiple students should expect a separate Snapcode email for each child currently enrolled in the district.

Updating contact information is critical to ensure parents and guardians receive their child’s individual Snapcode, which is required to complete online registration. Snapcodes will be emailed throughout the week of March 23 to both guardian email addresses on file for each current VISD student.

Only students who are currently enrolled in Victoria ISD will receive a Snapcode for registration. New students in Victoria ISD may complete registration beginning April 1, 2026, by visiting the district’s website and accessing the New Student Registration system.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to contact their child’s campus directly if any updates are needed. Ensuring accurate contact information by March 4 will help prevent delays and ensure a smooth registration process for the upcoming school year.

For questions or assistance, parents and guardians should reach out to their child’s campus office.
