Victoria ISD is proud to announce that Leandra Hill has been named the 2025–2026 Region 3 President for the Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA).

TEPSA, an organization with more than 6,000 members serving over 3 million PreK–8 students across Texas, selected Hill for her demonstrated leadership and commitment to advancing public education. Hill currently serves as Principal at Hopkins Elementary in VISD and is recognized for her unwavering dedication to student success, staff development, and instructional excellence.

TEPSA, founded in 1917, is a member-owned and member-governed association known for its commitment to professional learning, advocacy, and networking for Texas school leaders. As Region 3 President, Hill will help guide the association’s strategic direction and represent the unique needs and voices of school leaders in the South Texas region.

VISD congratulates Leandra Hill on this well-deserved honor and looks forward to her continued impact on educational leadership at both the regional and state levels.
