Families that fall in one of these categories are eligible:

• Family is receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)

• Family's gross income falls below the federal poverty guidelines

• A family member living with and supported by you is receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

• Child in foster care

• Family is homeless

Other eligibility requirements:

• Child must be 3 on or before September 1

• Family must live in the county
