Since the Aquatics Center's first year open, The VISD Aquatics Center has hosted all local summer league swim tournaments, including its very own Summer League Swim Team: The Victoria Wahoos! The Victoria Wahoos benefit from practicing in the competition pool every day coached by our experienced coaching staff. Swimmers always have a lot of fun each year and most advance to the state-level competition in late July. The Wahoos participate in CBSLV which is part of TAAF.

The Wahoos! season begins in May each year. If interested, please sign up beforehand by contacting Aquatics Director Debi Mease.

Both Victoria East and Victoria West High Schools offer varsity-level swim teams that train at the VISD Aquatics Center daily. These swimmers have committed athletes who travel across Texas to compete in Championship competitions for their School. If you/your swimmer is interested in the High School program, please contact a school counselor at either school, accordingly.
