In November 2021, Victoria voters approved Proposition C - New Mission Valley Elementary School, a $25.845MM capital construction bond, enabling us to transform the campus and provide a more innovative learning space for students.

The Bond Oversight Committee is an independent, community-based advisory committee established to provide radical transparency in the use of proceeds from the sale of bonds authorized by VISD.

PURPOSE

The purpose of the citizens Bond Oversight Committee (BOC) shall be to help ensure Victoria ISD bonds, as adopted by the Board and approved by voters, are implemented on time, with quality, with transparency, and within budget.
